Our Last Night on Floribel

We have packed the pods and seen them off. We have hired the cleaners and paid them off. We have posted all the remaining furniture on Freecycle and in the Free section of CraigsList. And the landlord has graced us by letting us move out June 1 by noon.

And then it begins. Tomorrow we start our five month road adventure. I hope that Maria and I can enjoy ourselves a bit more than we have over the past six months of preparing to move. It has stressed us both to the point of snippiness.

Rocket Sweet, though, has shined throughout, putting a smile on our face every single day. He grows more and more talkative and engaging, and he loves the road.
